You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement (if stock levels permit)/credit note or refund if the item delivered to you was incorrect due to a despatch error or a defective item. Unfortunately no refund will be provided for change of mind.
Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the sender, we will not accept any goods that have been altered, used, cut into or no longer in original condition.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We ship worldwide using Australia Post and Courier Services. Size restriction applies.
Upon checkout, the website will provide you with available shipping options based on your postcode/location. Depending on the shipping provider selected, delivery times will vary. We are not responsible for transit time once your order has been posted.
We highly recommended you elect a postage option that allows for signature on delivery and/or tracking at a minimum.
If Courier Services is selected, please do not check out with a PO BOX address -- external couriers cannot deliver to an Australia Post Box. Ensure you nominate a Street Address for shipping and you are familiar with the delivery Terms and Conditions of Fastway and/or Couriers Please.
