  • What is Wicked Fabrics?
    Wicked Fabrics is an online boutique fabric store stocking a curated collection of high quality certified sustainable knit and woven fabrics.

  • What types of fabrics does Wicked Fabrics offer?
    We offer a variety of everyday knit and woven fabrics, including everyday essentials such as jersey, french terry, fleecy, ribbing and more. Our fabrics come in different colours and textures, so you can find a match for your project.

  • Can I order a sample?
    Yes, you can purchase a sample for a small fee for any fabric that is part of our permanent collection. This allows you to see and feel the fabric in person before making a larger purchase.

  • Can I use a discount code?

    From time to time, we offer promotions via discount codes.

    • Codes must be entered at the time of checkout in the designated box and cannot be applied after an order is placed.

    • We cannot apply discounts retrospectively.

    • Typically, only one discount code can be used per order.

    • Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How long does it take to process and ship my order?
    Generally, in-stock orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-2 business days. The total delivery time then depends on the shipping option you select at checkout.

  • What are my shipping options and costs?
    We ship Australia wide using Australia Post and courier services. Upon checkout, the website will automatically show you the available shipping options and costs based on your postcode. We currently offer a $12.50 Flat Rate Shipping promotion for Australian addresses.

  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes! We ship to many countries worldwide using Australia Post and courier services. Shipping options and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location (if we ship to your country).

  • Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
    Please contact us immediately via the website contact form if you need to change your shipping address. We can only update it if your order has not yet been dispatched.

  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number that you can use to monitor your delivery progress.

  • My order hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
    Once an order is dispatched to the postal or courier service, we are not responsible for transit times. However, you can use the provided tracking number to check its status. We highly recommend selecting a shipping option with tracking and a signature on delivery for peace of mind.

  • Where is my pre-order?
    Pre-orders can have a lead time of up to 16 weeks. The estimated timeline (ETA) will be listed on the product page. Please be aware that delays in production or international shipping can sometimes occur, which are beyond our control. We will keep you updated if there are any significant changes.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your returns and exchange policy?
    You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full replacement (if stock permits), credit note, or refund if the item was incorrect due to a dispatch error or is defective.

    • Change of Mind: We cannot offer refunds for change of mind, as all fabric is cut to order.

    • Condition: We cannot accept any goods that have been altered, used, or are no longer in their original condition.

  • How do I start a return or exchange?
    To initiate a return, simply log into your account on our website, view the order under "Complete Orders," and click the "Return Item(s)" button. We will notify you via email once we have received and processed the returned item.

  • Who pays for return shipping?
    Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind exchanges. For returns due to our error, please contact us.

    No, we do not currently offer custom fabric printing services to individuals but we do print our own curated collection of fabrics every now and then.
