We are proud to ship Australia wide and internationally.

Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship using Australia Post and various Courier Services. The available shipping options and their costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • In-Stock Orders: We aim to pack and dispatch all in-stock orders within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday).

  • Delivery Times: The total delivery time depends on the service you select and your location. Once your order is handed to the postal or courier service, we are not responsible for transit delays, but we provide tracking so you can follow its journey.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Tracking & Signatures: We highly recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking and a signature on delivery for security and peace of mind.

  • Courier Deliveries (e.g., $12.50 Flat Rate): If you select a courier service, please provide a street address. Couriers cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Flat Rate Shipping Promotion
From time to time, we may offer a $12.50 Flat Rate Shipping promotion for Australian addresses.

  • This offer is for a limited time and can be withdrawn without notice.

  • The option must be selected at checkout; we cannot apply it manually after an order is placed.

  • By selecting this option, you acknowledge your parcel may be shipped via either courier or Australia Post.

  • Other standard shipping options remain available at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be thrilled with your fabric. Our policy is designed to be fair and straightforward.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a:

  • Full refund

  • Replacement (if stock is available)

  • Store credit

To be eligible, your return must be for one of the following reasons:

  • The item you received was incorrect due to a dispatch error on our part.

  • The item you received is defective.

What is not eligible for return?

  • Change of Mind: As all our fabric is cut fresh to order, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

  • Used or Altered Items: We cannot accept any items that have been cut, washed, used, or are no longer in their original condition.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account on our website.

  2. Go to "My Account" and view the order under "Complete Orders."

  3. Click the "Return Item(s)" button and follow the instructions.
    We will notify you via email once we have received and processed your return.

Return Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return postage costs.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange. The refund will be applied to the original payment method for the cost of the returned item(s) only. Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Any discounts applied to the original order will be factored into the refund amount.
